Our Mission

St. Elizabeth Mission Society is an organization which supports the ministry of the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany to the economically poor both at home and abroad.

In the implementation of this mission, the Society:

• Proclaims the Gospel message through:
  • The works of the Sisters and their partners
  • Publications
  • Presentations

• Networks with others in addressing global needs
• Exercises responsible stewardship of the resources provided by benefactors
• Provides spiritual benefits for enrolled members and benefactors
